Here is the US Natural Resources Conservation Service February 1st Basin Outlook Report. This fine report is issued twice each month in January, February and March with the final report coming out on April 1 each year.
Arizona's snowpack is holding in there early in Year 2013. However, more precipitation will be needed to maintain near-normal numbers as this critical part of the Water Year unfolds.
